SoCal Phoenix Club Spring 2024 information
Spring 2024
Coaches will be available for Field – Player Development under SoCal Phoenix Club (youth sports non-profit). We will continue Monday and Wednesday nights through the spring season with workouts. We are not an active travel softball team for 14u and HS during the spring, so it will not conflict with High School and Rec Ball policies. SoCal Phoenix Club will host an average of 16 hours a month of field player development for ages 12 – 18 to get extra reps to keep players improving for their prospective teams. The workout activity includes throwing, glove work, batting cage lessons, and conditioning to enhance performance. I highly recommend taking advantage of the 2-hour time slot.

SoCal Phoenix Club 2024
SoCal Phoenix Club is a San Diego area youth sports organization. Our team’s seasons are Spring (March-May), Summer (June – August), Fall (Sept—Nov), and Winter (Dec—Feb). We practice three times weekly and play SoCal regional tournaments and friendlies with competitive teams most weekends. As a non-profit organization, we keep our membership costs affordable so that players can have the opportunity to participate in a competitive and supportive team environment.
Great opportunity for players with a positive, hardworking mindset willing to learn in a competitive environment to earn a leadership position. We limit our teams’ size to ensure each player has quality coaching attention and playing time.
Looking for:
- Players who love softball and want to work hard to improve their physical and mental softball skills.
- Players and parents committed to participating in a highly supportive, team-first atmosphere.
- Willingness to take responsibility for attending team events (practices, games, and occasional social events), supporting your teammates on and off the field, and adhering to an established team Code of Conduct.
We encourage player development, positive attitude, and sportsmanship
Practices are held at the Carmel Mountain Ranch Community Park, 10152 Rancho Carmel Dr, San Diego, CA 92128
SoCal Phoenix Club staff have relationships with local coaches to keep players playing during the high school and rec league offseason. This ensures that players are ready for tryouts and have the best opportunity to make competitive teams.
